Sadly the only other disappointed I had was at Ruth Chris Steak House and was very disappointed. It was all I could to not to walk back in there and speak to their manager. As I walked out of the spa I heard them talking about me and discounts some very unkind things were said. I can pay what ever the price is but having a discount is nice too. So as I was about to leave, I asked they do give discount for total award members. One I was interested in was not going to be open until around 6:30 and I was leaving before that time. I had not booked anything but I happen to be walking by and I step in and was talking to the staff about a treatment. Up until this location I have received discount for Spa service. I have gone to several location and with the member card and your awards card they allow discount.
I have been a total awards credit card holder which allow many perks.
Sadly I can not say that for the young woman working in the spa. I would rate the customer service at the hotel sign in and out excellent/the room was wonderful/ The employees through out the place were as nice as they could be.
